Miley Cyrus is all over the place right now with her new single “We Can’t Stop,” but she made time to come and talk with 92.3 NOW’s DJ Toro about her new album, who she’d like to collaborate with, and some of her… recreational activities.

Cyrus went on The Jimmy Kimmel Show this week and talked about her friend, Snoop Lion. In the interview, Miley said they get along so well because they enjoy the same things. Kimmel joked that their friendship comes from Snoop being “so high he can’t even remember his own name.”

To which Miley replied, “I am too.”

With DOMA being repealed this week, Miley gave a few hints on what she thinks should be legalized next.

“I live in a great state where everything that I love is now, I guess, legal,” Cyrus said. “I love living in California. It’s the best place on earth now. I’m kind of bummed I wasn’t home for all the good gay pride parties yesterday.”

Miley is at a transitional point in her career, and even let Toro know about who she’d like to work with as she takes her music in a new direction. Her ideal duet, she said, would be with Justin Timberlake.

“When I was moving over to my label at Sony, he was walking out as I was walking in,” she said. “He was bringing his record right as I was bringing in my record to Sony. It was kind of a moment for me that I felt like I knew I was in the right place, because it was a Tennessee boy kind of doing what I did at the same time.”
