Today we’ve got the latest dirt on Taylor Swift‘s plans for Valentine’s Day, Timberlake signs a deal with Bud Light, and John Mayer finally admits to being a jerk to his ex-girlfriends!

Taylor Swift’s Valentine’s Day Plans — No Guy??

Tay Tay is single this Valentine’s Day, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to wallow in her own single-ness. In fact, she confessed her plans for the big romantic day ”with my friends or rehearsing.” Sounds thrilling Taylor! But that just goes to show that she’s not only dedicated to her career, but that she’s just wanting to not think about a romantic evening.

She said that she’ll be “off in a warehouse somewhere” and “working on the lighting rig and the lighting cues. And I don’t think I’d rather be anywhere else, to be honest,” she added.

That’s cute. To top it off, she said that she’ll be hanging out with “like 15 of her best friends”, which is fitting because her next single titled “22″ is all about just that.

JT Officially Named Creative Director For Bud Light Platinum

Justin Timberlake has teamed up with Bud Light Platinum to become the brand’s new creative director, with a new commercial featuring his comeback single “Suit & Tie” debuting during Sunday nights’ Grammy Awards.

As part of the deal, Timberlake will be charged with providing “creative, musical and cultural curation” for the Bud Light Platinum brand.

“Bud Light Platinum brings a refined, discerning aesthetic to beer that plays well with what I’m doing,” Timberlake said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to not only being a part of the creative process, but in bringing other talented musicians to the forefront as well.”

JT isn’t the only artist in 2013 hooking up with a brand. First there was Beyonce with Pepsi and second Alicia Keys with Blackberry. Gotta bring in that paper!

John Mayer Admits He’s A Jerk To His Ex-Girlfriends

John Mayer knows he’s had some trouble with his public persona, with his laundry list of ex-girlfriends, including Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, and even Jessica Simpson, who he referred to as “sexual napalm” in a 2010 interview.

“I was just a jerk,” the musician, 35, said in an interview with “CBS Sunday Morning.” He explained, “It’s very liberating when you finally realize it’s impossible to make everyone like you. I wanted everybody to like me. I thought I was one shuck and jive away in every direction.”

Now he is dating Katy Perry and working on a comeback to after recovering from a persistent throat granuloma for which he twice underwent surgery. So does this mean that Katy is bringing out a good side to John? Will we get some more “Body Is A Wonderland”? I sure hope so!
