Today we’ve got the latest dirt on Justin Bieber and animal cruelty complaint, X Factor reveals it’s winner and John Mayer just might be cheating on Katy Perry!

Justin Bieber Accused Of Hamster Cruelty?

Another day, another weird story to pop up about the Biebs! This one is all about his pet hamster PAC, and how he handed it over to one of his super fans Tori (18 years old).

According to the California Hamster Association (yes, there’s actually a California Hamster Association) they are accusing Bieber of animal cruelty.

They say hamsters are fragile creatures that “often succumb quickly to illness and death,” especially when faced with “sudden environmental change.”

“The moment that hamster was handed off to a screaming girl in a harsh, frenzied environment was likely the moment it gazed at the short path to its doom.”

I have a strong feeling that this teenager is NOT going to harm this hamster. She’s going to treat it like a god-pet!

The X Factor Winner Announced

L.A. Reid’s “Over 25″ contestant Tate Stevens is the winner of The X Factor season 2. He’s 37, a dad of two, and a road worker from Missouri. ”First and foremost I got to thank the man upstairs for taking care of me, my family, all the country music fans – God bless you,” he said after hearing the results.

“Thank you so much for all the votes. This is the best day of my life.” L.A. said, “You deserve this. I’m proud to work with you. I think you represent The X Factor really, really well. So on behalf of Simon and myself and all the judges, congratulations.”

Britney’s teen contestant, Carly Rose Sonenclar, landed in second place. But in the end, does anyone really watch this show? I mean, SOME do, but it’s not the ratings blockbuster they were hoping for. Shame..

Is John Mayer Cheating On Katy Perry?

An insider revealed to Life & Style that Katy Perry’s beau, John Mayer, has been seeing a woman in secret since early 2011. “They meet frequently, just for sex dates, and they sext each other almost constantly.”

Which sucks for Katy, because she seems to be completely into him! Not only has she taken him back after they broke up earlier this year, but “there’s a part of her that thinks she’s definitely reformed him, so she’d be totally devastated if she knew that John was cheating on her.”

Their first public appearance together was on the red carpet at A Christmas Story: The Musical in last week in NYC. I guess we’ll see if they have anymore appearances together in 2013!
