Its been a hot minute since we added a new mixer to the 92.3 NOW team. Honestly, it’s hard to find someone with the right work ethic; someone who will not only positively represent themselves, but also 92.3 NOW FM and our team of amazing mixers.

As you may have heard, we had an empty slot to fill for The Friday Night Mixtape on 92.3 NOW. A LOT of mixers in the Tri-state submitted mixes, but only one had the patience, passion and determination that we were looking for.

This guy would continuously send me mixes and press kits and videos… all the time!

He stuck with it for about a year and a half – Email after email, mix after mix, tweet after tweet… And he’s actually really good! PLUS… No attitude, no Diva nonsense.

I believe, with his musical talents and experience… AND his footprint in Long Island, Spanky will be a great addition to our 92.3 NOW Mixmaster Team.

Spankys mix will play at 2AM on the Friday Night Mixtape this week.
