Last night was the always stressful elimination round, and this week a surprise contestant was eliminated. On top of this week’s song reviews, LMFAO showcased their party rockin’ ways by performing their third single “Sorry For Party Rockin’”.

I guess LMFAO should apologize… that song isn’t a hit!

But Idol IS a hit! Not only do the judges believe this season’s contestants are the best in Idol history, but the votes show it.

So who took the bottom three on this week’s elimination round? Colton, Holly and Elise. Out of those three, Colton was the one to leave this week. Which means we are officially down to six.

We are still rooting for Jessica and PP (Phillip Phillips), and it sounds like the judges might have PP as their favorite as well.

As for Colton’s future? I have a strong feeling he’ll do quite well as role of Spiderman on Broadway.
