Happy Birthday, Reese Witherspoon!

The Legally Blonde actress celebrates her 36th birthday today…  and a little something else as well. Witherspoon and new hubby/agent, Jim Toth, are expecting their first child together, the third for Reese.

Baby Toth will join Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8, Reese’s children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

A friend close to the couple spilled the baby beans to PEOPLE Magazine, noting that “Jim and Reese are looking forward to having a bigger family at this point in life.”  The source added, “They can take the time to enjoy the next stage and make sure the transition for all is easy and joyful.”
