Our favorite Idol, Adam Lambert, stopped by the 92.3 NOW studios this week to have a little sit down-gab session with Sarah Lee.

On the topics menu: His upcoming album, Trespassing and hot new single “Better Than I Know Myself,” relationships, Valentine’s Day, the possibility (or not) of us seeing Adam fill Freddie Mercury’s shoes (and sweet mustache) as the next lead singer of classic rock group Queen… and a** lips. Yes, that’s right, a** lips.

Mr. Lambert was joined by a gaggle of about 20 lucky Glamberts in the 92.3 NOW studios for the intimate Q&A session with Sarah Lee.

What’s a Glambert? Oh, come on! You’re supposed to be all caught up on your pop star lingo by now…

Kicking off the interview, Sarah calls Adam out on his jacked up nails when she saw him the week before at the GRAMMY Awards. Adam agreed that he was in need of a mani — and that’s when Sarah brought up Nick Cannon’s “Dirty nails, dirty tails” rule! Eeew! So for Valentine’s Day, Sarah gave Adam some Sally Hansen nail covers to keep himself in check.

Also in the V-Day goodie bag for Adam… a big lips sucker! Adam dove right in and put them on!

You can’t plan lines like that, people!

Sarah and Adam then got to talking about his new single and video for “Better Than I Know Myself” and his upcoming album, Trespassing.

Adam says the song is “about any type of relationship where you’re saying to your significant other ‘Look, I’m sorry if I don’t always tell you this, I’m sorry if I was a jerk but I need you. I’m not going anywhere, you have nothing to worry about. You actually know me better than I know myself.’”

Sarah then pulled a few fans out of the crowd to ask Adam some questions themselves. One of those questions was about his possible spot as front man for the classic rock group, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Queen[/lastfm]. Adam says he just can’t confirm or deny anything just yet. Pushing the issue, Sarah pulled out a board with a few different mustache styles to see if he could channel the late Queen singer, Freddie Mercury.

Sarah also pulled a question from one of Adam’s biggest fans on Twitter about tattoos…

Adam said he actually thought it was a pretty cool tat and was honored that someone would choose lyrics that he was really proud of to put on their body. He and Sarah were a little confused, however, as to what exact body part this was inked on!

After the interview, all of Adam’s Glamberts got to have their photos taken with their Idol! It was a total pleasure having Adam back in studio and we hope to have him in again and again!

Sarah won’t stop talking will she? for the first five minutes, you can only hear her voice. The best way to interview Adam is to ask a question and just let him talk cuz he loves to talk and the Glambert love to hear him talk.

Adam looks a lot like Neil in that photo with the moustache and kissing lips (not that Neil has a moustache and I don’t know about his lips!). Such a fun interview although Sarah could’ve let Adam talk more but she’d done her Adam research well and she seems to be a huge Adam fan.
