Seriously, these two need to make up their minds already.

PEOPLE Magazine is reporting that the couple everyone loves to hate has broken up – AGAIN!

Jesse and Kat had called off their engagement this summer, only to rekindle it weeks later.

It looks like those wedding bells are still on hold because Kat took to Facebook over the weekend to tell her fans that there will be no wedding rings for her in the near future.

“I am not in a relationship,” she wrote on her Facebook page last Saturday. “And I apologize for all the ‘back and forth’ if it’s caused any confusion.”

When PEOPLE asked Kat about the most recent split, she gave a pretty veiled response…

“It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life. My friend put it best when he said I could never be more deserving of total, noble love. And as a woman, I think it’s important to know your value and never lose sight of that.”

Sounds like Jesse screwed something up. Perhaps he’s diddling swastika covered tattoo models again.

Whatever it was, Kat’s taking the high road, saying “I wish Jesse nothing but the best in life and in love.”

Yeah, yeah, I give this break up three weeks.
