Jigga Man [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] has bitched slapped the whole state of NJ. Jay, a Brooklyn, NY native recently bought a piece of the New Jersey Nets franchise and has official named them the BROOKLYN Nets!

In my opinion this is all Snooki‘s fault…

Yup, it’s true…

NJ is officially down one team. Brooklyn, on the other hand wins big here. This is the first time since the Brooklyn Dodgers that the borough has it’s own, official big league team.

The Nets will relocate to Brooklyn’s new Barclays Center, which will be christened by one or more performances from Jay-Z himself in late September of next year. The Daily News says the concerts will include eight performances and that [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beyonce[/lastfm] will likely join him on stage for at least one of the shows!
