It’s official… Memorial Day has now passed and we are in full on summer mode. I’m burnt to a crisp from my weekend in Belmar and lovin’ every minute of it!
So, what do you think the song of this summer will be? I think it’s fair to say last year Katy Perry got the crown with “California Girls” and I’m sure we’ll have another overly repetitive feel-good summer smash to look forward to this year. But until then, I’ve taken the liberty of gathering my Top 10 Summer Songs EVER!

Remember these guys? Me neither, but I remember this song from the summer of ’99 because of the catchy hook asking me to steal a chick’s sunshine… the meaning for that request I am still unsure of.
One of the other more significant points I remember about this song was it’s video filled with bald cholos from Cali ridin’ around on scooters (when Razor scooters were popular) and a pregnant chick’s giant belly. That big ass tummy and repetitive hook helped Len kick off my Top Ten Summer Songs EVER!
