Up until now we didn’t know much about the woman involved in jet ski accident that has landed ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer Sean Kingston in critical condition.

Now we do!

Her name is Cassandra Sanchez, and she’s been friends with Kingston for years.

Sanchez was originally reported to have serious injuries, but TMZ is now saying that she escaped the accident with little to no injury.  When asked if she planned on suing Kingston, Sanchez told the gossip website,“I know he didn’t mean to get either of us hurt.”

It looks like Sean won’t be spending any time in jail and his bank account is safe, Sanchez continued, “I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won’t be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer.  Sean is a good guy.”

Now that’s the sign of a true friend… someone who won’t sue you when you’re down.
