My new BFF Mike and I had a little conversation backstage at the 92.3 NOW One Night Stand concert on Friday and he completely sold me on his new version of Coldplay‘s “The Scientist”.

Mike Posner: “Yeah, hey thanks man. I’m glad you’re excited. I might be playin’ some covers… we’ll see!”

Joey: “You’re tearing up the charts right now and you’re doing things differently than some of the others out there. Electro, dubstep… keep it coming Mike!”

MP: “Yea man thanks. That means a lot! You gotta check out my new cover of Coldplay’s ‘The Scientist’. You gotta go get that s***, son!”

Joey: *Runs upstairs and downloads the song!
