"What? Too much?"

I’m not the kind of girl that wears tons of makeup but I have to admit I need a little foundation, eyeliner and lip gloss to feel pretty. Earlier this week, I was going to dinner with a guy friend and he seriously handed me a Kleenex and told me to wipe the lip gloss of my face! (ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?)

He admitted that he doesn’t like girls that wear tons of makeup and although I don’t wear much makeup he thought the lip gloss was “too much” for my look that day. It amazes me the confidence some men have!!

Anyway… A survey just came out on Yahoo! saying that men prefer women without makeup!

I guess men think we LOVE spending all the money on makeup and makeup remover. Natural beauty is a great thing but MEN, you need to take two steps back and understand that women put on makeup to look good for YOU!

Ladies, we are beautiful regardless if we go natural or if we wear makeup. Beauty comes mostly from the inside – looks fade. So this weekend when you go out – feel confident in who you are WITH or WITHOUT makeup!
