Viva La Mexico

A lot like St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco De Mayo is one of those national days of partying and binge drinking (if you’re of age, of course). There’s so much more to this day than that (get your learn on – it’s NOT Mexican Independence Day!) but you’re really not here to get a history lesson from me. What you will get, however, is a kick ass list of songs that you must shake your ass to later on when you’re getting it in.

I love Cinco De Mayo because of all of the memories I have growing up in San Francisco Bay Area; the culture, the food and the warm feeling. Another thing… don’t be cliché with your food and drink either! If I see you with a taco salad and a Corona, I’ll probably knock them both out of your hands. If you’re into beer, go with Modelo, Sol, or Tecate. Oh, and Cuervo is not what’s poppin’ tonight; I highly recommend getting acquainted with my good friend Don Julio and I may even just go straight up Blanco with it too!
