Sean Kingston has been known for being a suave ladies man in his past songs and videos but it appears he has now taken it to another level. The singer recently released a brand new music video for his song “The One” breaking down what he looks for in a girlfriend.

Sean Kingston‘s latest track, “The One“, features up and coming artist [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Tory Lanez[/lastfm] delivering a verse at the end. The song is a little shorter and grooves at a much slower tempo compared to Kingston’s past work. It’s possible that the now 21-year-old Jamaican native has taken the mature route in his career and wants to show his fans a more grown up way to approach women.
The song is chill and the video follows suit as Kingston takes a very young “Don” approach that seems to fit him well for the future. I give the video a 6 out of 10 – only because I wanted to see a little bit more in the video. Honestly, it seemed a bit rushed… and that’s probably why it has only been released to the internet.
Sean Kingston‘s next album is slated for a release date later this year.
