To ring in New Year’s Eve, some of us hit the town. Some of us hit our pillows. Pop stars hit the streets to celebrate the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011. As we recover from our NYE celebrations, let’s check out how our favorite celebs rocked the night.

I was in Vegas and it was freezing cold, felt bad for the artists that had to sing in that condition but they all did great! Hadn’t heard David Archuleta’s songs before but loved them both, very impressive! Trevie was entertaining as well so it was worth being there but wish they had done in indoor!

I was at a party and missed most of the tv new years countdown things, but I did catch David Archuleta’s Elevator performance and he was great!

David Archuleta was the best of the night!! He definitely stole the show. He also sang The Other Side of Down title track from his most recent album. I watched it on stream and then on Fox so I could see/hear it twice.

show his talent and heart with each performance!! What a wonderful way to usher in 2011!!

David performed live? I can see David is hyper talented even in freezing condition or any conditions for that matter. I guess if you have that much talent you can be confident and brave too. Did he just turned 20? Amazing!

I watched the New Years Eve special on Fox. I had the distinct impression that Travie McCoy left most of his vocals on the back up machine to do and only did a little singing/talking himself. He was definitely lip syncing for a lot of it too. Thought he was entertaining anyway. In contrast I thought David Archuleta totally sang great and was totally realistically performing live. Hard to sing in such cold weather too.

David Archuleta is a star! He ranks right up there with greats from the past in terms of charisma and talent, and has the looks department down pat!
