A:I’d use a good primer, like Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion first, then go for a bold and bright cream shadow or liner.

A: the whole black lip look. Black lipstick looks terrible on everyone I don’t care who you are. Unless it’s Halloween, or you’re in the Twilight movie, black lipstick is not hot.
